- Be kind. Bodies are personal. Never comment negatively on anyone’s size or shape.
- Be honest. Describe fit, condition and any flaws truthfully.
- Be careful. Treat every borrowed dress as if it were a friend’s favorite — because it is.
- Be on time. Ship and return on the dates you agreed.
- Be safe. Keep conversations on RentalDress until you are comfortable. Report anything that feels wrong.
